I purposely waited a few days to write this review after reading “Always and Forever”. I needed to process this powerful and moving story. I found myself reflecting on it while driving to work these past few mornings,Jack’s strength, resilience and love for those she holds in her heart is overwhelming. Sam’s compassion, love and commitment for Jack is beautiful. What a wonderful story about the will to overcome!
In my role as the Office/Business Manager for a Children’s Advocacy Center in Texas, I am very aware of the level humans are capable of lowering themselves to in regards to child abuse.

This book started off well, but I lost any trace of a plot about a third of the way through and then it just meandered. I felt like the author had a story, but rushed through it and then still had to fill a book. I hope they get better with the next one.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! This is a love story and a life story that anyone can relate to. I found myself involved with the characters and wanting to know more about them and what made them tick. With a nice amount of sizzle, and a lot of love, their stories unfold in an engaging tale of our life and times. Well done Raven!
Jackie has to overcome so many demons from her past in order to find the happiness and peace she lo vs for. With the help and support of so many people who love her regardless of the package she carries, Jackie manages to get closer and closer to her goal. Beautifully written and quite moving.
This is a must read book of love, friendship, and survival. Jackie and Sam are true heros and soulmates that proves love and trust can win in the end! Shelly and Liz are true lifesavers who displayed a never-ending devotion to Jackie.
This was a well written story that is real on so many levels of abused children. Each character was believable and brought so much to this story. It was difficult to put down.
